服務態度惡劣+空調罷工！花錢買罪受的垃圾體驗
不僅設施衞生翻車，服務和基礎設備更是雪上加霜！
空調形同虛設，室温堪比蒸籠**
空調遙控器老舊按鍵失靈，勉強開機後噪音堪比電鑽，整晚發出“嗡嗡”轟鳴聲。更離譜的是製冷完全無效，30度高温天室温紋絲不動，半夜熱到汗流浹背，堪比蒸桑拿！聯繫前台竟回覆“其他房間都正常，是你不會用”，拒絕檢修。 反饋空調問題時，前台翻白眼冷笑：“嫌熱就開窗啊，馬路風大！”
這家店從硬件到服務全線崩壞，老闆擺爛欺客，奉勸大家珍惜生命，遠離黑店！

還不錯，酒店重新裝修了的，整體設施還是比較新的，畢竟是在武漢城區，性價比還是比較高的。離着出差的地方比較近，周邊吃喝玩樂也方便
