The extended room rate was charged but the room card was not refreshed, so I couldn't enter the room. The aunt helped me open the room, but the front desk didn't give any explanation. The hotel is very conveniently located, about a three-minute walk from Exit F of Zhongnan Road Subway Station. The front desk lady was very helpful and responsive, even offering assistance with any inquiries. Most importantly, we received a free upgrade to our best king-size room. The room was fully equipped, clean, and bright with large windows. The surroundings were also very quiet. We even received a complimentary amenity bag. I'll definitely stay here again next time; the value for money and the service are excellent.
