The front desk was very welcoming and let us check in early when there was a room available. The room facilities were very new! The room was very large with two 1.8-meter beds. The TV was very smart and had a voice assistant to start commands to adjust the lights and air conditioning. The bathroom towels were fully equipped and hygienic, and the smart toilet seat was kept at a constant temperature and automatically sensed the flushing. The takeaway and the corresponding facilities were delivered by robots to avoid direct contact. In short, it was a great stay.

Me and my mom have a wonderful trip in Wuhan, our stay in Hampton Wuhan is excellent, we have a brilliant stay. Staff are nice. The location is convenience. Breakfast is great. Laundry room free to use. I used their gym every day. Highly recommended.

I was planning to stay for one day but after I got arrived to this hotel I extended my stay because the hotel is wonderful and has all the facilities that you need as a hotel guest the room was large and has a balcony and super clean the staff very friendly the second day I had work and I needed some printed papers the printed out for me they such a life saver and whenever I asked for help the service was very fast also the gym was very comfortable and so clean has all the equipment that’s you need to start your day such an amazing luxury experience. I will definitely come back here again and I recommended for you guys 100/100
