The experience of staying at Orange Crystal Street Hotel this time was really great! Qiqi at the front desk was very attentive and considerate. Whether it was check-in or daily needs, she could solve them efficiently, which made people feel very caring. Every time I encountered a problem, she always helped to deal with it as soon as possible, and took the initiative to ask if there were any other needs. The service was meticulous. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean and soft, and the hygiene details were very well done, so I felt at ease staying there. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted great, especially the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits, which made people full of energy for the whole day. Overall, this accommodation experience exceeded expectations, especially Qiqi's enthusiastic service impressed me. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will definitely choose here again, and continue to find her to check in! Highly recommended to other travelers~

I recently stayed at the Suixing Hotel and I have to give it a super praise! From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the thoughtful service - the front desk lady had a super warm smile (^O^). The room design is very high-end, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and toiletries, and the details are perfect! The breakfast is also amazing! The Chinese and Western buffet categories and local specialties are super authentic. The gym is fully equipped and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway and the business district. The price-performance ratio is ridiculously high, which is completely beyond expectations! I have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely buy it again next time!

Seriously talk about the feeling of this stay. The first night I arrived in Wuhan, I chose this hotel 🏨 It is really close to the subway station and very convenient, but... The decoration of the room is hard to say... The residual taste is really heavy. The stay is 210. It is a bit pungent to contact the girl at the front desk. I changed it to 208 or a little bit and then I saw 201 that is a little better than 208 210? It’s also pungent because it’s already midnight. I want to rest first. I’m too tired to toss... I ordered takeaway. There is no robot to deliver food. I have to go to the front desk on the first floor. The taste of the decoration in the corridor is stronger.😂 The next day I wake up not the alarm clock, but the sound of the decoration electric drill 😂 When checking out in the morning, the front desk The young man patiently apologized and said that the sound of the restaurant decoration next door. The staff service is really good, but the taste of this decoration is really a flaw. It is said that the decoration was renovated in March and opened in May. It has not been more than 3 months? Staying in other hotels is to sleep for a while. This hotel is just opening my eyes in the morning and thinking about changing 😂😂😂

Very clean. U-shaped hotel with unique style. Service is OK. It was newly built. Comfortable. Air conditioning, toilet and facilities are all new. Stayed for two nights. But I was not satisfied with the mineral water. It was Nongfu Spring in a green bottle. Almost no one buys it. The water quality is a bit over the standard. Also, I didn't have the two free afternoon teas. They can't be delivered to the hotel room. It's quite rigid. Even if I change some fruits for the guests to eat when they come back at night, it would be good.
