裝修老舊了，沙發比較比較臟。
房間的被子比較潮濕，空調沒法制熱。
是180度沒有轉角的的海景陽台房，不是270度的。
海景陽台照片宣傳虛假套路客户。

有點舊了房間感覺維護得不好，遇上回南天啥都看不到，空調是單冷，沒得制熱，好冷好冷，湊合住一天吧。早知道該多花錢去住喜來登。兩個次卧都是小床，帶孩子睡有點小。

一直不喜歡評價，這次必須吐槽一下。完全沒有服務，一、辦入住時給管家説可不可以先告訴我的房間在多少樓，我讓家人先把行李拿過去，結果説不行，必須要先過去辦才能給。結果一家老小拉着行李到了辦理入住的地方，最後給的房間是另外一棟樓……不能給房間號至少可以提前告訴我先不拿行李上去，我都提前説了顧慮！！！二、房間沒有配水，管家告訴我可能保潔阿姨忘記放了，説第二天給我送過來，結果沒有送，發訊息給管家直接不回訊息！！！

2023春節一家人在這連住8天，詳細説一下感受。優點：確實跟介紹的一樣，無敵海景+日出房（圖均為在公寓裏面實拍）房間看出去是海之角棧橋和水世界，過年每晚都有煙花秀，房間可以看到；兩室一廳功能齊全，廚房、客廳分區分明，有電磁爐抽油煙機，做飯挺方便。缺點：電熱水器功率太小，衹夠一個人沖澡（10分鐘）洗一個人需要等1小時左右水才夠熱；才辦理入住時桌子和椅子上有一層明顯的灰，我們重新做了清潔，希望衞生方面改善一下。總體來説還行。

想住高樓層房東安排了33樓但是開門進去後很大一股黴味房間看着臟西西的好在視野效果比較好很近海所以想着將就住了結果晚上睡覺的時候卧室地上躺着一衹蟑螂第二天早上起來客廳又一衹索性讓老闆趕緊換房換到了另外一棟明顯衞生條件好很多而且也沒什麼黴味#衞生
