Dramatic conditions. The room is flooded. Musty smell. Pillows are old, tiny, uncomfortable. Towels are incomplete. Equipment is poor. The floor panels are coming apart, revealing dust and old, unidentified debris. The only plus is the location.

Be careful! We are simply shocked by the hotel! We booked the hotel for the second time, since the first time we were satisfied with both the location and the service. In the booking chat (where we booked the hotel), the manager sent a link through which we needed to confirm payment. That's what we did. BUT “having confirmed the payment” the cost of accommodation was charged 4 additional times from the card. We began to find out why this happened, what the problem was. To which the manager immediately replied in correspondence that these were hackers and the hotel had nothing to do with it. They are not going to solve the problem in any way. As a result, instead of 1,222.25 PLN, I had to pay 6,111.25 PLN (once for the cost of accommodation and four times for the fake link). I am attaching screenshots of the write-off and correspondence with the hotel. What is this? Are hotel managers sending out fraudulent links? Or who? Why do we only receive unsubscribe from such a large hotel? And now how can you stay here again and somehow book a room if such deception is happening? There is no longer any desire to stay in this place under any circumstances. In addition, the rooms leave much to be desired.
