Wir waren als Familie hier zur Übernachtung. Nach vergeblicher Suche eines Restaurants in der Stadt für ein Abendessen in der Stadt haben wir dann hier im Hotel gegessen. Der Service war trotz vorgerückter Stunde vorbildlich und extrem freundlich. Während andere Restaurants die Musik abschalten und vermitteln, dass man Schluss machen möchte, hat man hier Musik angeschaltet. Sehr gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely disappointing – never again! We arrived at the hotel around 11:20 p.m. because we were stuck in traffic. Despite having a valid reservation and sufficient cash in euros, we were refused check-in because the hotel only accepted zloty – without offering us any alternative. In an EU country, it should be a given that they at least accept euros or find a solution. Instead, we were coldly sent away with the message that we only had until midnight to exchange money somewhere – which was simply impossible at that time of day. We stood there desperately, almost sleeping in the car, until we found another hotel that accepted our euro payment. Yet this hotel is now demanding the full amount from us, even though we couldn't stay overnight because they refused to accept our money. Service: Disastrous. Customer service: Nonexistent. Never again from this hotel – absolutely not recommended!
