Absolut enttäuschend – nie wieder! Wir sind gegen 23:20 Uhr am Hotel angekommen, da wir im Stau standen. Trotz gültiger Buchung und ausreichendem Bargeld in Euro wurde uns der Check-in verweigert, weil das Hotel ausschließlich Złoty akzeptierte – ohne uns irgendeine Alternative zu bieten. In einem EU-Land sollte es selbstverständlich sein, zumindest Euro anzunehmen oder eine Lösung zu finden. Stattdessen wurden wir eiskalt weggeschickt mit der Aussage, wir hätten nur noch bis Mitternacht Zeit, um irgendwo Geld zu wechseln – was um diese Uhrzeit schlicht unmöglich war. Wir standen verzweifelt da, kurz davor im Auto zu schlafen, bis wir ein anderes Hotel fanden, das unsere Eurozahlung akzeptierte. Trotzdem verlangt dieses Hotel jetzt den vollen Betrag von uns, obwohl wir gar nicht übernachten konnten, weil man unser Geld nicht annehmen wollte. Service: Katastrophe. Kundenfreundlichkeit: Nicht vorhanden. Nie wieder dieses Hotel – absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
