Das Hotel ist ein gut renovierter Altbau in zwei Häusern am Westrand der historischen Altstadt. Unser Doppelzimmer für sechs Nächte: im 5. Stock unterm Dach. Schmal, eng, dunkel. Ein einziges kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Mauerwerk des gegenüberliegenden Kirchturms gibt wenig Tageslicht. Die elektrische Beleuchtung ist äußerst sparsam. Eine Deckenbeleuchtung für das ganze Zimmer fehlt. Die Einrichtung eher spartanisch. Kein (Plazu für einen) Nachtschrank oder wenigstens ein Brett über dem Bett, auf dem man nachts die Brille, Uhr oder ein Buch ablegen könnte. Das Bett 1,40m breit – für zwei erwachsene Personen!! Das ginge als Einzelzimmer vielleicht durch. Doch auch da bliebe die grundsätzliche Enge und Dunkelheit. Zwei Hartplastikstühle, großflächig durchbrochen vervollständigen die Einrichtung. Wer länger als 3 min da sitzt, spürt schon den Schmerz. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer aber sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Und das große Bad, gut beleuchtet (!) ist der akzeptabelste Teil des Ganzen. Wirklich ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es entschädigt für manches andere. Das freundliche Personal umsorgt die Gäste umsichtig. Der Frühstücksraum wirkt großzügig und ansprechend.

During my stay, I discover that the proposed rate is exactly double that requested by taxi drivers. To organize my return, I ask the receptionist if it is the practice for the hotel to take a commission on the taxi, but the receptionist with whom I had already spoken about other things, pretends not to understand me. So I use google translator in polish, but she pretends not to understand in polish either. I wait for the receptionist for the next shift who, with no small embarrassment, tells me that any taxi driver can do whatever rate he thinks. Uncommentable! You found the taxi for me and you offer me one that takes twice as much as normally requested. But let's move on to the room: the French bed is really very small with a blanket for a single bed and the pillows so thin but so thin that they cannot be considered pillows. We therefore ask for additional pillows and additional blankets that are provided to us. But the most interesting thing is that there are no blackout curtains in the room so the light enters in the morning. When I asked if there were blackout curtains or if it was possible to change rooms, I was told that rooms with blackout curtains cost more and I would have to pay a surcharge of €20. I add that I make the same review on booking, where I found the hotel, and they still have the courage to answer me that the curtains are there and that I didn't represent the problem. I won't add anything else, shame on you

Very central hotel, a stone's throw from the square and the very nice Christmas markets ... our room booked an apartment of 40 square meters, beautiful as in the photos, modern, large bathroom with tub and shower, very large TV but without Italian channel, 3 dispensers soap, excellent heating regulated by the hotel, internet ok, we did not use the breakfast, the only negative thing, perhaps the cleaning of the carpet, they are not vacuumed, my shoes lost a rubber on the sole and my entire stay remained in the carpet, ,, I ask but does the vacuum cleaner not exist? For the rest everything is ok.
