If i could I’d give it zero stars. Customer service is so bad that I will never be a guest here again. Be aware if you late to pick up keys you will be charged a late fee which is roughly 20% of the price. Never met with something like that and the lady behind a counter was very unhelpful. Avoid at all cost.

Extremely nice apt. - but Exellent apartment. Fantastic view. Located in nice area. Very friendly and helpsome reception. Receptionist even said "very nice apartment with bathtop". 15 min. from "downtown and train/busstation. But the first mentioned criterias "overrules". Negatives: experienced day 1 evening there was no water working to fill the bathtop. Informed the reception day 2 noon. answered "we are aware that there has been a problem, but should be solved." Day 2 evening. Desparately wanted a bath to loosen back and leg pains. No water. Day 3 morning: informed again reception and got same answer as above despite I said there was no water when I left apartment 5 min. ago. "We will check and it will be solved during the day"" Day 3 evening. My back and legs needed a nice and comfortable time in the bathtop in the evening. Same result: No water.!!!!!!! Very disappointed. Normally you pay for what you get. Here I paid for something I did not get! Then why top scores when I paid for something I did not get? SCAMMING HOTEL DO NOT BOOK! I’m an independent travel agent and have travelled to over 40 countries and I specialise in LUXURY HOTEL stays. I have stayed in the worlds best hotels so take my advice when i say this. This was by far the worsttt hotel i have ever stayed in! We paid a lot of money for my birthday to stay at this hotel, we flew all the way from london infact just to stay at this hotel (we live in birmingham so we had to drive 2 hrs to even get to london airport). we got a phone call 4 hours before our flight telling us we cannot check in after 9pm as reception is closed and that we have to check in the next morning now despite paying for 2 nights - OUR FLIGHT LANDED AT 1am! We argued with them & i received the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life! We offered to hire a friend so they can check in for us and they denied us that authority as they’d be required to give a deposit. We offered to pay the deposit over the phone and they refused also! They gave us no way out and literally SCAMMED US. The customer service is nothing but horrid - wouldn’t even give it a 1 star i don’t know how there even still running. We had to pay to sleep at a different hotel for this night and it ruined my whole birthday experience. The room was cold, the staff were rude and mannerless DO NOT BOOK

Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that ******* platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that
