5 start hotel had mold in 2 rooms, they don't want to help customer offering him 35 euro for 250 euro trip. They refuse to help and had ignorant approach. I'm adding photos. Look also at google reviews of this hotel and you will know what happening.

My husband and I went to visit Wrocław. We wanted to relax close to the market, but allow ourselves a bit of luxury. The restaurant is correct, the waiters were decent. The hotel boasts amazing design and beautiful views. The spa is great, we spent a lot of time there. I might go back there again one day, however the price is a tad steep.

Whilst the location, public rooms, spa, service and other communal amenities of this hotel are indeed 5* the design of the enormous bedrooms and en suite bathrooms is a complete joke in which some of the worst aspects of modern interior design are on display. These include curtains which do not keep out the light or even cover the windows properly, ceiling mounted showers which spray water all over the floor, bathrooms with too few hooks and without a heated towel rail to hang wet towels, bedside tables without a plug for the guest’s mobile phone, a quilt which is too small for the bed, only two very thin pillows on a super-king size bed, only one very small and practically useless stand for the guests’ suitcases, “designer” room lighting which is too dark to see properly at night and which is even worse in the bathrooms, where even the mirror was not lit properly and a glass panel between the shower and the bedroom which means that if one person uses the bathroom during the night the light shines into the bedroom and wakes up the other person. And finally, a luxury hotel in a major city should have at least one International English language news channel, such as BBC, CNN or SKY on the TV in the room and not just one French channel in English.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and spacious with a walk in shower and a jaccuzi bath. The bed was very comfortable. We had access to the spa which was great, sauna, steamroom, pool and gym. The roof terrace bar has amazing views over the city.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The best part was the amazing breakfast, what a spread! Well done!

Es ist insgesamt ein gut organisiertes Hotel, allerdings 5 Sterne sind doch mit Fragezeichen verbunden. Im Hotel selbst gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, in unmittelbarer Nähe aber schon. Die Zimmer sind von der Architektur gewöhnungsbedürftig, insgesamt hochwertiges Design, aber recht dunkel gehalten, Die Wände und die Decke haben einen grauen Betonschick, wer es mag. Frühstück ist ok, allerdings auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Bar im Erdgeschoß ist allerdings an Schlichtheit nicht zu übertreffen. Das könnte man anders machen, nicht sehr einladend. Servietten zu den Drinks wären hilfreich. Am 30.05.25 gegen 21.00 Uhr haben wir dann die Dachgeschossbar besucht, es war nicht sehr voll und wir platzierten uns an einen der freien Tische auf der linken Seite mit einer guten Sicht auf die Stadt. Als wir unsere Drinks bestellen wollten, wurden wir vom Kellner unmißverständlich aufgefordert, doch einen anderen Tisch zu suchen, da dieser für Gäste reserviert war, die noch ein Essen bestellen würden. Um 21.00 Uhr! Selbstverständlich kam niemand mehr und folgende Gäste bestellten ebenfalls nur Drinks. Der Kellner stapfte dann mit seinen offenbar eisenbeschlagenen Schuhen an diesem Abend immer wieder Auf-und Ab, und zeigte, dass er der Herr der Terrasse ist. Sehr unangenehm. Der Mann gehört nicht in den Service eines 5-Sterne Hotels. Andere Servicemitarbeiter hatten eine wesentlich bessere Berufsauffassung. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, allerdings werden wir beim nächsten Besuch in Breslau ein anderes testen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Pool wird leider oft von Kindern belagert. Besser man geht später, denn er hat bis Mitternacht geöffnet. Fitnessgeräte sind ok, aber zu wenig/ klein für die Größe des Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern gestaltet. Das Badezimmer war ein Traum!
Leider nur ein Aufzug für das ganze Hotel- längere Wartezeiten.
