Our towels were not changed and it is impossible to keep the shower head fixed. The worst part is that there is no place in the shower to put shampoo bottles. All the staff are cold people.

The hotel is in an excellent area for xmas markets. Room as website - really big. Shower lovely.. However as others stated, noisy from people in street but this doesn't bother me

Located in the center, there are many things to see, but it is complicated
There is no parking lot in the hotel, so it is inconvenient to use the outside parking facility (3 minutes on foot)
