호텔내 주차장이 없고 외부 주차시설 이용하여 불편함(도보 3분 거리)

We stayed in the Queen room. It was a great size, with a comfortable bed and we appreciated the blackout curtains. The room did what we wanted it to (a place to sleep). The TV didn’t support English subtitles which wasn’t a big issue but was surprised. We also called down for an iron to be brought to our room - to find we had to walk down the corridor to iron in another room. Again, not an issue but would have preferred an iron in our room. The bar could have been more accommodating for drinks, we came back to the hotel for drinks but felt like more of a restaurant vibe, so we took the drinks back up to our room. - Not so much of an issue because the hotel is very near to the main square.

Hotel à Rynek donc un très bon emplacement. Il y a un bar, un restaurant. Nous avons eu un voucher pour un cocktail offert. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bains fonctionnelle. Vue sur cour donc pas bruyant. Dommage que le ménage des moquettes au sol ne soit pas fait dans les chambres. Il a fallu au bout de 4 jours le demander. La salle de fitness est disponible mais prévoyez votre serviette et de l'eau il n'y en a pas à disposition sur place. Le sauna fonctionne et il faut juste prévenir si vous voulez l'utiliser. Des bouteilles d'eau café et thé sont offerte en chambre.le mini frigo ne fonctionne pas ce n'est pas réparable. Et on nous a expliqué qu'aucun mini frigo ne fonctionne actuellement dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Du choix et toujours rempli. Le personnel rencontré au bar et petit déjeuner est très sympathique. L'acceuil est plus distant et moins personnalisé. Le jour de notre départ la personne ne nous a même pas demandé si nous avions apprécié notre séjour (réservé via Booking ) c'est assez rare de ne pas se préoccuper du retour client.

Struttura raccomandata se volete visitare il centro di Breslavia in quanto la posizione è centralissima ed è a cinque minuti dalla Piazza del Mercato (quella principale). Camera molto comoda e spaziosa, anche il wifi funzionava perfettamente. Lo staff alla reception molto disponibile. Sala colazioni molto ben arredata, la scelta dei cibi è molto varia e accontenterà sia gli amanti del dolce che del salato. Non ho gradito particolarmente la scelta dei cuscini: troppo piccoli e morbidi, a mio parere veramente scomodi per dormirci sopra.

Doskonale położony w mieście hotel, z pięknym wnętrzem i wieloma atrakcyjnymi elementami w środku. Śniadanie codziennie takie samo, choć świeże i dość bogate. Mój pokój nr 102 był tak malutki, że trudno było przejść obok łóżka i poczuć przestrzeń do życia. Brakowało w nim lodówki, choć była na nią szafka (zdjęcie w załączeniu), a framuga łazienki wymagałaby uzupełnienia (kolejne zdjęcie). Pokojowa nie umyła filiżanki i szklanki oraz nie uzupełniła wody (w standardzie jedynie niegazowana). Obsługa recepcji super, wieczornej kolacji już słabiej.

The Hotel was a very clean comfortable and perfectly located hotel just around the corner from the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel was very friendly from checking in to checking out and returning later to collect our luggage as they had a room for us to leave it for few hours as we waited for our flights. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafés all around us. Great hotel for a stay at a very reasonable price I was very pleased with everything and definitely value for money and would recommend and hopefully visit again in the future.
