The location and facilities are the best. There is a small supermarket nearby, so there is no inconvenience. The staff is friendly, and the room with the balcony was really the best.

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to the center and restaurants all around, highly recommended …… a lot of options to choose from when it comes to the breakfast……available parking with a discounted rate …. It’s located next to the hotel

Updating my review to five stars instead of four given how flexible they were when extending my stay repeatedly this last visit. I’ve been frequenting this hotel since April 2019, and my last stay was 16 nights. They are one of the few hotels with balconies in Wroclaw, and they’ve improved them over the years, at least on the 5th floor. The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, the staff is accommodating, the casting feature on the TV works well, the bed is comfy, and there is a water dispenser in the hall now which is a nice touch. Any issues I’ve come across have usually been addressed promptly, so despite being a grumpy traveler, I think they’ve earned this five star.

It’s a good hotel with nice rooms and balconies, the breakfast is ok, the staff is fairly accommodating, and the location is great. Having stayed here regularly for almost a decade, there are definitely some things they could do better, but overall it’s not bad.

Overall, a very nice and classy hotel. Great room, very good bed, large bathroom. Everything is very clean. As soon as you walk in the hotel the great artpieced at the lobby will set the tone. The lobby, bar and restaurant are stunning. But most of all, best breakfast service in Wroclaw by Katia.

This a clean and stylish hotel in the centre of Wroclaw, a stones throw from the historic square and close to lots of sights. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The let down is the lack of English speaking channels and I got a bit fed up with BBC news and CNN all the time! Never mind. Everything else was very good and the hotel has a lovely spa, gym and pool.
