Hilton Woking

I generally like to stay in a fresh, clean and convenient hotel. When travelling to London for business I try to stay at the Hilton hotels. I often have meetings around the Westminster and the City. So I opted to try the Hilton Woking hotel as a base for for my journey since it has a great direct train connection with Waterloo Station. This proved to be a perfect decision. Staying at a 5* hotel for a bargain! The service, the food, the staff, the room - it's all top notch! Shout out to Tom for helping out when my luggage needed extra care and transport to Heathrow. Nothing is a pain but dealt with a smile! I'll be back!

Wow! What an amazing Hotel. My wife and I stayed last Sunday night and we were both blown away. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the suites and hands down one of the best rooms we have stayed in within the UK. We had a couple of drinks in the Loft Sky bar, the views are amazing, the only thing better was the service! All the staff were incredibly professional and so friendly. Special Mention to Paul, Special guest relations manger, he made sure we had a fantastic stay, he is a real credit to the Hilton Brand. If you are in the area, don’t bother looking at any other Hotel, stay here, you will not be disappointed. Chris

Felt very new - Nice hotel

On the evening of the Saturday, 15th of February, my wife & I along with friends, visited the Oxbow restaurant for the second time. (The first was due in period of the "soft launch" of the restaurant & and hotel, so we wanted to give a fair review once up & running properly upon returning). Upon arrival, we had some pre- dinner drinks, and during this time, we were warmly greeted by the recently promoted Paul Smith, who remembered us from last time. He then promptly checked our table and its location in the restaurant before we resided at our table. When entering the restaurant, you could clearly see an increase in availability of staff on hand than previously before, and our well presented & young male blond server came over to take our drinks & food order of both starters and main. Both courses came over in a timely manner and were well presented and full of flavour & taste. We all commented that this is exactly what Woking needed, and considering all the debacle with road outside the hotel that the restaurant resides, it is a compliment to the Team & Management that it was as busy as it was. We hope it stays this way, and on the basis of our recent dining experience, we would happily return without hesitation. Regards Chris & Adele Pearce-Ayre

Really nice room, much bigger than expected and massive window with a great view. The staff are so polite and friendly, especially Linda who checked us in at reception, and the lady at breakfast whose name I didn’t get. Would definitely come back :)

Just found awkward that the front of the hotel was blocked, but walked all the way round in a rainy day, which made it an unpleasant experience.
