The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to get around. The front desk staff were outstanding: friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the staff member in charge of the area stood out. She was attentive, frequently checking and refilling items, and clearly took pride in her role. Her dedication added a nice touch to the morning experience.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is scary, downtown Windsor is like zombie town now with all the druggies. But that's nothing to do with the hotel. The staff were nice. The room was fine, the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious.

Coffee maker needs to be cleaned regularly.
Everything was quite clean except for the coffee maker,I found something float in my hot water.

The hotel was very dated. The area around was pretty run down and there were many homeless people roaming all around the area. I didn't feel unsafe because my husband was with me, but I wouldn't have walked around alone. The staff at the hotel was great: friendly and helpful.

Hotel very run down and dated. Reasonably clean. No amenities. But after checkout found out we’d been charged twice, plus the ‘deposit’ we were told would be refunded at check out wasn’t. Called hotel who simply denied double charging (in spite of the fact that I was looking at my credit card statement when I called) but also still hasn’t sent me an invoice in spite of my requests. Finally cancelled the charge on my credit card, but beware of this hotel and think twice before booking!
