This is the first hotel I stayed in during my trip to Namibia. It is located in the downtown area of Windhoek. Although it is not a busy street, it is not far from the National Museum and the Lutheran Church, so it is convenient to go out. The hotel is not big, but there are free parking spaces. The hotel house is a bungalow with a moderate room, a large bed, simple but practical furniture, and shower facilities in the bathroom. The hotel staff is kind and considerate, and patiently explains the various facilities in the room and the service time of breakfast. What warms my heart is that the hostess at the front desk, when she learned that my passport was lost at the foreign exchange office at the airport, immediately contacted the airport and helped me find my passport. I was so excited that tears welled up in my eyes. This was a mistake I made on the first day of my trip to Africa. If it was really lost, it would cause a lot of trouble for the subsequent trip. Thank you again to the hostess at the front desk, God bless you!

Lorenzo the receptionist was very helpful and tried his best to make the guest feels comfortable and he will work so hard to find out the answers to guests questions. The manager or owner is very professional and protective of her guests. She tries her best to make the guest feels safe. The breakfast was just ok but the staff were very good . The rooms lacked a bit of privacy as people can see through my window if I am having shower. It’s not cheap for the conditions and services they provide .
