This was my husband and I first trip out of the country (USA). I researched and planned all of the trip to Namibia on my own, took quite a few hours/days but was so worth our memories. I was happy to find Immanuel Wilderness Lodge, it was the most peaceful and sweet little place to spend the night after landing. They organized our pick up from the Hosea Kutako airport and have us a later evening check in. The girls were so nice when we arrived. They took us to our room and made sure we didn't need anything, it was the cutest cleanest little hut room. The morning we went up to the lodge for a wonderful fresh breakfast and sat in the dining room with a beautiful view of the peaceful scenery and wildlife. They also had the sweetest cats that greet you also. My only complaint I didn't plan enough time to stay longer. Thank you Emmanuel Wilderness Lodge, we will return

The Immanuel Wilderness Lodge is superbly located just north of Windhoek, on the edge of the city but also in the countryside. Their food, from breakfast through lunch and dinner, is delicious and the portions are big. The highlight however are the rooms, which are spacious and set away from the main lodge, for a quiet getaway.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Abschluss unserer Reise! Das Abendessen aber auch das Frühstück im Haus sind sehr gut. Die hervorragenden Bewertungen des Essens und der bevorstehende Eigentümerwechsel waren für uns Grund hier endlich einmal einzukehren. Das Essen hält was es verspricht, es war Saison für den Kalahari Trüffel was ich sehr genossen habe. Wir persönlich finden das wohl in die Zimmer investiert werden muss. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, aber das Bad bräuchte eine technische Renovierung. Hier und da kam bei uns der Eindruck der Vernachlässigung auf, z.B der fehlende Duschvorhang im Bad der für Überschwemmung sorgt oder die Sauberkeit der Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Sehr nette Menschen und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Der Flughafentransfer wurde organisiert und konnte über die Hotelrechnung per Karte beglichen werden.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place is an ideal getaway from the city buzz. They helped arrange agame drive for us and a massage session, this was oht of this world. Natasha was very helpful throughout.

Ca 50 Autominuten vom Flughafen WDH entfernt und daher perfekt für die erste oder letzte Übernachtung einer Reise. Die Lodge wird von deutschen Eigentümern geführt, die auch präsent sind und sich sehr freundlich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Highlight ist das vom Eigentümer und Chef de Cuisine zubereitete Abendessen. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert, die alle fantastisch waren. Die Zimmer sind in kleinen Reed gedeckten Chalets, die in einem gepflegten afrikanischen Garten liegen. Alles ist sehr sauber, wenn auch von Style her etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lodge liegt ausserhalb der Stadt und nahe der Hauptstrasse B1. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist ein bisschen länger, dafür wurden wir mit traumhaften Ambiente, alles liebevoll gestaltet und sehr ruhig entschädigt. Es hat ein paar Katzen, ein Wasserloch, und 2 Strausse, Schildkröten, viele Vögel und überall Schmetterlinge. Alles sehr friedlich und mitten in der Natur. Das abolute Highlight war das Abendessen, hervorragend zubereitet und top Qualität. Tische sind schön gedeckt und ein spezielles Ambiente. Die Besitzer Sabine und Stephan und das ganze Team sind äusserst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen, vielen Dank.
