Ich komme regelmäßig ins Country Club Resort Windhuk und fühle mich jedes Mal sehr wohl. Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich – besonders Queen und Joe, die uns immer herzlich empfangen und sehr hilfsbereit sind. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Essen ist jedes Mal top – frisch, lecker und mit viel Auswahl. Ein rundum angenehmer Ort, den ich absolut empfehlen kann!

My experience with the hotel staff, rooms and location was excellent. However, the restaurant was a disappointment. Food temperature in their buffet are not monitored and are saceptable to dangerous bacteria. I got very sick. The following night, I thought I would be safe and order off the menu. I ordered chicken noodle soup and a ribeye with mash potatoes. When they brought the soup the broth was dark brown and thick. I question the waiter and he asked me to taste it. It was not only wrong in color but also extremely spicy. I returned it and the waiter asked me to have the soup from the buffet which I refused. After about 30 minutes the waiter returned and said it will be awhile to receive my ribeye. I mentioned that 90% of the people were eating from the buffet. He said he would try to expedite my order. 20 minutes later he returned with my steak. To expedite the process the chef butterflied the steak and overcooked it and the mashed potatoes were like glue. To top it off at breakfast the following morning the pancakes were burnt on the top and bottom and the center was raw and wet pancake batter. Proper training, supervision and management in the restaurant is really necessary.
