It was a one-night layover, which was fine. When I arrived that evening, they said the driver had finished work and there was no one to meet me. The next morning, my boss dropped me off at the airport and charged me 200 local currency. What happened to the free airport transfer I was promised?

This is a great hotel with a lovely setting. They offer free dinner and live ostriches. Although it's a farm stay, it's very clean. It's very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel offers a reasonably priced airport transfer.

Siamo stati qui la nostra ultima notte in Namibia e l'abbiamo scelto per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto perchè avevamo un volo presto al mattino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed in effetti è stato un peccato rimanere solo una notte. Non è tanto la camera (che comunque era grande ,pulita e fornita di tutto) quanto l'atmosfera. La struttura è un'oasi verde e tranquilla che invita proprio al relax. Abbiamo anche cenato, menu fisso , a tre portate, soprattutto buonissimo il dolce.. Per la colazione ci hanno preparato un cestino a portar via: yogurt, banana, uovo sodo, tramezzini...

My daughter and I stayed at Etango Ranch Guest Farm at the end of a three-week trip to Namibia and Botswana. We wanted a place close to the airport for our flight home. We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely, our room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. Internet access was also fine. The receptionist/cook was very friendly, made us feel welcome, and prepared an excellent dinner and breakfast for us. We were able to arrange an airport shuttle for any time we wanted. There is a nice common room where we waited between the checkout time and our shuttle. Highly recommended.

As my flight home was in the evening, it was perfect. Just 10 mins from Husea Kutako airport. They offer a dayroom, so you don‘t have to check out at 10am and must kill the time. An airport shuttle is available.

The Etango Ranch Guest house is ideally located close to Hosea Kutako International Airport. The Ranch surroundings support a wide range of local wildlife and birds. The staff are friendly and courteous. The guest house has a shuttle service to and from the nearby airport.

We stayed here for one night leading up to a flight from Windhoek the next day and absolutely loved it. It's a quaint ranch with cattle and ostriches on the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast and dinner was great and reminded us of home cooked meals. It's very quiet and safe. Thank you to all at Etango for the hospitality!
