The location is excellent — very convenient and close to key attractions and transport. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a good impression.
However, the amenities and cleanliness were average. One downside was the mattress, which was too soft for my comfort and affected my sleep quality.
On a more positive note, the breakfast service was a highlight — staff were attentive and efficient, and the experience was pleasant overall.

Facilities and decorations are very outdated. Minimum service, but staffs are friendly and helpful.

It is very close to Windermere Railway Station, only 3 minutes' walk away! The hotel is very retro and historical, but the interior rooms do not look old and are very warm. The service is also very good, and there is a free buffet breakfast available, which is also very delicious.

I really don't recommend this hotel. You may not find such a hotel in China. It's probably similar to a hostel in the 1990s. The bathtub is very narrow. When you stand in it to take a shower, you either touch the shower curtain or the wall... The floor sound insulation is very poor, and it feels like the ceiling will collapse at any time. The good thing is that it is very close to the train station. There is a big booth supermarket outside the train station.
