Autumn leaves is a lovely BnB very clean and cozy and the bed was really comfortable Robbie the host was great really friendly The breakfast was lovely and it was in a lovely location with parking right outside We are already planning our next stay

I booked here as it was a little treat for my birthday. I lived in the lakes years ago and wanted to return and reminisce some of my old good memories. I suffer with mental health and I thought this place would have been a perfect little getaway for me. I booked to stay for -week. I could only last for 4 days as I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I paid for my breakfast for the week with was £10 per day. £70 for the week. I felt it was such an effort for the staff to make my breakfast. I am a smoker and I knew the rules about smoking indoors so I was going outside to have my cigarette and the staff told me I had to go over the other side of the road to smoke as I couldnt smoke anywhere outside the premises. It’s run by a man and woman who I felt was so unfriendly with me and didn’t want me to be there. I felt it was because am from Liverpool and they just give me the vibe right away they didn’t like scouse people. I was supposed to stay till the Sunday and came home on the Thursday before. This was so disappointing as it was such a big deal for me to plan and do this little holiday for myself what I’ve always dreamt of doing. I thought autumn leaves guest house would of been perfect for me but I was so wrong. I felt so unwelcome and not wanted here. I will definitely not recommend this place to stay and definitely won’t be returning back here.

Good chatty hosts, pleasant stay. They do a nice breakfast in the morning also, and pretty cheap as well! Would highly recommend this place.

We went for couple of nights. We were really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. Our beds were comfy. The staff were lovely. It was close to restaurants and pubs. Parking wasn’t the easiest but we managed. We will definitely go back. It’s a lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying with Rob and Tanya, they made us feel very welcome. Their guest house is cosy, comfortable and perfectly placed to explore the lakes. We also opted for breakfasts which we would definitely recommend, they are very tasty! We look forward to visiting again in the future.
