首先，選這家民宿主要因為它離火車站近，攜程上的地圖位置顯示離火車站僅340米、步行4分鐘（見圖1、2）。而事實跟着導航走到那裡發現根本找不到這家民宿，問了當地人，才發現攜程給的地圖位置是錯的，且店主並沒提供具體地址！實際地址離圖示地址相差1.2英里（見圖3），來回打出租花費12英鎊！然後店主電話不接、郵件不回，完全聯繫不上，責問攜程，這樣的民宿是怎麼讓它上架的，且完全不核實？！
其二，最後在幾位當地人的幫助下找到了這家民宿，已經摺騰掉近兩小時！於是先去景點，然後當晚上十點返回時方案，浴缸的沖淋温度調節龍頭壞了，衹出滾燙的熱水！我們試着調節，發現龍頭早已損壞，裏面完全轉不動，外面已被前面的客人擰壞（見圖4），就很奇怪，這種民宿怎麼能繼續接客人的？！我們抵達湖區的當天氣温30度以上，然後沒辦法洗澡，衹好在臉盆接水擦身！當夜即拍攝視頻發給攜程留證據！
其三，整套房間除了廚房設施算齊全，其餘都是“敍利亞”風，搖動的床、污漬的牆和角落、七拼八湊出來的馬桶，之前使用過的床品全亂七八糟塞在儲物櫃裏（見圖5—9），這種設施的民宿攜程也閉着眼睛讓它上架？！
所以，已向攜程提出投訴，不僅要求退回房款，要求一比一賠償，並報銷出租車費！使用攜程多年，從來沒碰到過這麼差的民宿，攜程完全是監管失職！現在這家民宿還掛在攜程上！
