The service staff are very enthusiastic, the accommodation environment is very beautiful, the Arabian style, the bathroom is very big! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we provided dessert and tea. The breakfast was exquisite. One day we got up late and the clerk prepared breakfast for us. Except that the location is not easy to find, you can contact the front desk at the approximate address and ask them to come out to pick you up. This is the case in the old city of Marrakech. There are so many small roads, so you can get used to it.

The station is right outside the door. It is convenient for travel. The room environment is very good. The hotel also has a garden and a swimming pool. There is also a buffet on the first floor

The hotel has an elegant environment and the rooms are antique, noble and elegant. The service staff are very enthusiastic and greet each other when they meet. The garden at the back is great. It's nice to take a walk. You need to drive to Lanmen, and there is a parking lot at Lanmen, which is convenient.

Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

We had a magic moment or 1 night was 1000 nights. The staff is welcome to small care, you can enjoy the historical knowledge of the receptionist who will guide you for a very good stay in Fes. The hotel is a wonderful architectural architecture with a genuinely beautiful decoration or you can feel the soul of the well-thinking accompanied by a charming swimming pool. We had not taken time to enjoy the food that must be as good as the place, except the breakfast that was cool and good.

Breakfast is mainly continental breakfast, and chickpea soup is good. The hotel restaurant is on the 9th floor (the Chinese saying is 10 stories). It is the tallest building in the area. The view is very good and you can see the old city clearly. There is an extra bed in the room, no problem with the children, but the parking lot in front of the door is not big. The shower head in the room was bad, and the staff quickly changed one, but the new second day was also broken. It may be caused by a large water pressure, but the bath was no problem, so I didn’t tell the hotel.

The car was parked at the door. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk called out. The police came and said that the door could not be parked. After a long time, the car was finally moved. In addition to this episode, the other hotels were very good. The hotel has always apologized to us.

ММихаилI liked this hotel and I extended it for another week. The room is clean and quiet, air conditioning works, good plumbing, there is a laptop table. Breakfast is satisfied: oatmeal, strawberry jim, sausage sandwich and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, baking, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't had enough of this menu for all days. To the Medina of Fesa you can get to a taxi in 10 minutes, to the railway station 15 minutes walk.

AAlex RLWe were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price.
We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis.
Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance.
The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff.
Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay.
The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure.
The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge.
Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.
