Voilà un lieu qui me laisse perplexe. Il a plein de qualités avec …plein de défauts! L’hôtel est très beau mais sans véritable âme qui lui donnerait du charme. Le restaurant est très bon mais sans aucune surprise . Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées mais le lit extrêmement dur. Le personnel est charmant mais sans véritable directeur (une bande de jeunes serviables et souriants mais qui semblent rire entre eux). Le spa et les soins sont biens mais sans douceur ou volupté. Bref, un endroit avec un objectif commercial très clair et assez réussi mais où l’âme du Maroc a un peu de mal à trouver sa place. Un défaut important cependant : cet hôtel est fort bruyant de par sa configuration! !!! Travaux jusque l’été 2025 !!!

Amazing stay, the staff is very friendly, multilingual and the hotel is very clean and traditional with a modern touch. The food is incredible, also during dinner there was an amazing performance. Thank you for having us and making us feel like home.

Accueil excellent, service de qualité -aux petits soins pour les clients- Réservation des taxis, des guides ne sont pas un problème , ils sont au top. Le Riad est très propre. Il est nouveau mais mérite d’être connu. Très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

This beautiful Riad provided us a clean room and welcoming staff. The breakfast that was provided was plentiful! I also enjoyed the spa downstairs which allowed me to experience a traditional hammam massage. I would definitely return when back in Fez!

Magnifique Riad, chambres incroyables, cuisine marocaine authentique et service irréprochable. J’ai passé une semaine en famille donc un week-end où le Riad a été privatisé pour une fête de famille. Tout était parfait, surtout grâce à l’implication de la manager Doha qui nous accompagné dans toute l’organisation.

The Riad is a well-established hotel tradition in Morocco. We stayed in some very nice ones, but the Dar Lys in Fez is not one of them. All the rooms were located around a stone and marble courtyard, which means that the noise from the diners below continued deep into the night. Also, for some reason this riad insists on blasting pop music at all hours, day and night. I really don’t appreciate having Celine Dion singing in my room when we are trying to get some rest. What’s more, the beds are very hard; it took several layers of comforters to make the bed somewhat conducive to sleep. There are other riads in Fes with a more restful ambience; I suggest you keep looking.

Nous avons été accueillis de manière chaleureuse dès notre arrivée dans ce magnifique riad. Nous avons passé la journée entière à bronzer et à nager dans la piscine, en toute tranquillité. Le lieu est incroyablement beau, avec une vue imprenable. Les prix sont abordables, la nourriture est incroyable, et le service rapide. L’atmosphère est paisible, et le confort est au rendez-vous. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable ! Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation, que ce soit pour une journée de détente ou un séjour plus long.

Stanze molto belle e super consigliato il gommage: la signora alla spa-hammam molto gentile e competente, ti fa sentire a tuo agio svolgendo benissimo massaggi fantastici. È un occasione unica e da non perdere durante un viaggio in Marocco. Sensazione bellissima!
