Friendly clean and great location. Rachel was a great host very friendly and Andrew made a great breakfast. A parking permit was £5 for the duration of the stay. Nice room although en suite was a bit tiny and a bit out dated but hot shower and comfy beds and clean linens and fluffy towels. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely stay here again when we next visit.

Thank you for a lovely stay! The room was immaculately clean the bedding was really comfortable. I’d highly recommend this lovely guest house! The location is perfect especially if you enjoy walking along the beach front. And only a short walk down the steps into town.

We stayed in room 6. Comfortable king size bed. Room is clean and tea/coffee is provided. Hairdryer in room.Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Rachel and andrew are excellent hosts. Hotel is in an excellent location. Good bus service to Scarborough Staithes, Saltburn. Lots to to see in whitby

Everything we needed
Great location, lovely owners, clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was great, as signal was limited. Parking on arrival was a bit difficult but that was to be expected as it was the bank holiday weekend and it was packed, it calmed down during the week.

Few solo days away at Kimberley House in Whitby. Warm and hospitable welcome. Easy parking. Lovely walks to Sandsend, the Abbey, along the piers, the harbour and all over the town. Excellent fish and chips at Trenchers. Plenty to do even in January.
