They are really friendy when we did arrived , the room was very clean , and the view of oir room was brilliant sea view. Absolutely price was great so defo book it again . Recommended 👌

Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre.
The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom.
The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink.
We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it!
Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.

The room is very good, the location is very good, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom because it was small and I couldn't give my little dog a good bath, he came dirty from the beach, the breakfast was great

Lovely hotel right on the water front rooms are lovely and clean and staff was amazing will definitely be booking here again as I took my dog with me and even he loved it there so will be going again soon

not impressed with this hotel very dated, food okay but evening meal was served on wooden platters not plates. Car park was like musical chairs, cars always being moved around by the staff.best thing about the hotel was the sea view from our room. will never return

Awful experience. Don’t stay! The room had bed bugs! Obviously a usual thing for this hotel as management barely batted an eyelid, weren’t surprised at all, they also have an in-house pest control team so I doubt it is just bed bugs they have. Took photos and complained multiple times but were ignored. We were told we would get a refund for belongs and have since been ignored. Absolutely horrendous experience!
