Great B&B - perfect!
We had a fantastic stay at The Wadham. The B&B is perfectly located in Weymouth just steps away from the bustling Harbour and restaurants/pubs, and a minutes walk from the main shops & esplanade. Ian & Tracie made us very welcome, they helped us with parking with a Residents Permit, and Tracie even came us in the car to help us find a parking space. The rooms are great, with everything you need. Breakfast is 'as required', but as you are are mere steps away from a brilliant cafe choice it makes no difference. It is opposite a (great) pub, but we had no issue with noise (no-one allowed outside after 10pm) All in all we would not hesitate to return. Thanks to The Wadham for a great holiday with a friendly & welcoming feel all week.

Really made welcome by Ian & Tracie lovely big room comfy bed loads tea coffee & chocolate available in room large fluffy towels plus excellent breakfast Really knowledgable local attractions and interests you couldn’t wish for better hosts lovely people

Friendly hosts, clean and functional accommodation. My room was spacious and pretty with everything I needed including filtered water, herbal tea, biscuits and hair straighteners! The Wadham is excellently situated near the harbour.

We recently stayed at The Wadham for 2 nights over a weekend & it was just fabulous! From the moment we walked in the door to leaving we couldn’t find fault with anything! The owners were informative of nearby pubs/restaurants/walks & attractions. Nothing seemed too much trouble & were on hand or a phone call away if we needed anything. The room we stayed in was on the third floor & was just beautiful! It was decorated to a high quality with lots of lovely pieces of furniture & furnishings too! There was plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits etc & if anymore was needed of anything it was all to hand to help ourselves. A very very well equipped room & en suite! We didn’t have breakfast but this could be ordered the night before if you wanted it. There was such a lovely feel to the guest house & was immaculate throughout! We would 100% recommend this guest house, in fact I have already! Thank you Tracie & Ian

Prachtige locatie bij de haven en restaurants, aan alles is gedacht, top! Vriendelijke ontvangst met veel tips over de regio. Echte aanrader, wij komen terug bij een volgend reisje in deze prachtige streek. Ook aan een parkeerkaart werd gedacht.

Stayed here for 3 weeks during a business visit. The support from Tracie and Ian to help myself and 3 other engineers have a place to stay during this busy period was second to none. The Guesthouse is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A++++++++

A clean, cosy B&B in a good location for the attractions of Weymouth. Ian and Tracy were very attentive, welcoming and friendly with knowledge of the local area. The food was very good and the room comfortable with modern shower room and fridge. Would certainly recommend for a stay in Weymouth.
