Stayed here over the May Bank Holiday and was blown away by the place. Tracie & Ian were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make this a really comfy stay. We had the best night's sleep ever away from home and their knowledge of Weymouth made our stay unforgettable when out and about. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting subtle luxury and comfort in a great central location. Definitely stay there again. Christa and Dave

Tracie is a friendly and informative host and gave us a very warm welcome. The room we were given was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The little extras provided sets this guest house above others. We would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.

From the moment we arrived Tracie and Ian made us feel at home, nothing was to much trouble for them. Our room was overlooking the garden, very quiet and had everything we could need for a very comfortable stay. Tracie and Ian also gave us so many ideas where to visit in and around Weymouth.The guest house is 30 secs from harbour, just perfect. Already planning our next visit.

The Wadham is a lovely place to stay in Weymouth…near to both the harbour and the beach. We would definitely recommend a stay there and have already booked our next break! Tracie and Ian are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble…good service and beautiful rooms.

We stayed at a room on the top floor. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed,very peaceful..full English breakfast cooked to perfection.. very friendly hosts. Perfect location ..close to the harbour, shops, beach and Pavillion Theatre. Second visit for us. Will return for sure...

Great B&B - perfect!
We had a fantastic stay at The Wadham. The B&B is perfectly located in Weymouth just steps away from the bustling Harbour and restaurants/pubs, and a minutes walk from the main shops & esplanade. Ian & Tracie made us very welcome, they helped us with parking with a Residents Permit, and Tracie even came us in the car to help us find a parking space. The rooms are great, with everything you need. Breakfast is 'as required', but as you are are mere steps away from a brilliant cafe choice it makes no difference. It is opposite a (great) pub, but we had no issue with noise (no-one allowed outside after 10pm) All in all we would not hesitate to return. Thanks to The Wadham for a great holiday with a friendly & welcoming feel all week.
