The service was very good. No deposit was required. The train was late that night so I couldn't check in before 10 pm. I contacted the hotel but my English communication was not very good. The hotel comforted me and told me not to worry. It didn't matter if I didn't speak English. He slowly explained to me and guided me to check in via online email. He then put the key in the password box outside. After we left the hotel, he looked after our luggage for free. The boss was very nice and polite. I will come back next time. It was a very warm experience.

There was a lovely welcome when we arrived, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and a good size ensuite.
