Lovely spot in Weymouth - central location to everything. Easy to access the harbour one way and Bowleaze Cove the other way. We were greeted by Jackie who couldn't have been better, she was lovely. In the evening we were served to a drink by the chap (sorry didn't catch his name he was into motorbikes), he was also friendly and welcoming. Chilli and a young lady looked after us in the restaurant at breakfast and were also great , very helpful and kind. Food was great at breakfast. Thank you we had a lovely stay

Filthy dirtiest place ive ever stayed. Bathrooms disgusting bath mats are just minging!! No house keeping for 5 days had to insist on change of rooms to be given worse! Also had to ask for fresh towels. A young chap was tge cleaner he looked so unkept creased clothes and served food in dining room. Carpets not hoovered and paint work and all flooring was dreadful trip hazard carpets no exaggeration. Creased nylon stains sheet on bed. Could go on and on. Please look at photos. And go else where .

Stayed in room 24. Bathroom was disgusting. Bath and rubber mat grubby and discoloured. Shower curtain covered in black mould. Bathroom floor looked as if it had not been cleaned since goodness knows when.

We went with Just Go and the journey was good. John was a good driver and kept us well informed. On arrival at the hotel we were asked to leave cases on the ground floor and go to the basement for tea/coffee while keys for rooms were given. First impressions were fresh decor but old ply doors were painted dark brown and bannister rails worn and scuffed. After about 20 minutes, in which people got their keys, a lady came back downstairs looking very distressed. 'The rooms are disgusting!' she said but nobody from the hotel responded. I asked her to sit with us and tell us what was wrong. She said the room was dirty and the fridge had old food it it. I thought that she and her friend had paid extra for a superior room, as ours did not have a fridge. We were then given our keys and, on entering the room found it clean and nicely decorated. However, the bathroom had obviously been hastily decorated and had a large lump of emulsion on the wall by the sink. The bath shocked me as it was a cream bath but had a dirty yellow appearance. Lifting the toilet seat exposed a collection of dust and hairs under the joint. All the white filler around the bath and sink fittings was both peeling off and very grubby. In the bottom of the bath was a plastic non slip mat which looked brown, dirty and very unappealing. Under and behind the sink was thick with dust and grime and the chrome towel rail was the same. The lino was the same pattern and type we had on our kitchen floor in 1973. It was rucked at one side and marks showed attempts to make it flat. When I looked up from my bed the ceiling was a disaster. Outlines of cladding were covered with a thick coating of filler material, looking really unpleasant. My husband used the toilet and found that leaning over to get toilet paper made the pedestal lean over also. He found there were no scews to hold it down. Sometimes a loud howling noise came when we used the water. My husband found his mattress very lumpy and thought he detected springs under it. The bedside lights were wrongly wired. There were no drinking glasses in the room. Going down for dinner revealed a lot of people who were dissatisfied. The distressed lady said she was writing to Just Go and several other people agreed. Several people reported that their TVs had no signal. It was quiet in the dining room and I felt there was an atmosphere of unease. I felt we had been 'conned'. The food was nice and staff very efficient and helpful. I feel that Just Go must not have inspected the rooms and that they and the hotel owners were guilty of putting people, some quite elderly and disabled, through an experience which was not nearly as good as they had a right to expect. As I left the dining room on the last morning I noted a large chip on the bottom of a wall mirror. It had been there all week. I also noticed a ***** of wood lying on the floor, it having come away from the skirting. Anyone could have tripped over it. I felt the hotel needed an extensive refit

Room was awful , full bin in bathroom , leftover food in fridge , peeling paint, panelling coming of wall , extension lead in use without Pat test certification sticker, no mattress protector , requested to be moved to another room and were moved to another tired dated room , staff friendly and tried to be helpful but can only do so much the building is old and needs a complete refurb not just a couple of the rooms that are shown in sale pictures

Gave them feedback after they emailed me with all the issues, not bothered to reply. Shower leaked into room below, shower cubicle was mouldy, temperature gauge on shower was faulty, sliding doors on shower cubicle faulty to the extent that I had to let my partner out of the cubicle when the doors got stuck, breakfast was cold, chef needs to get a temperature probe before they make someone Ill, room had been decorated and tape around socket not removed, pointed this out, not removed during our stay, brown stains on bottom pillow, my feedback to the hotel is in the pictures, a dilapidated venue, needs money spent not just a lick of paint.
