Property Description
Staying local is easy at the new Premier Inn Hotel Halifax Town Centre, with most central attractions and facilities within a half mile stroll. This is also a great place to give your car a break - unless you're tempted by a spin into the countryside. If the kids are on board, why not start with the Eureka Children's Museum? Then move on to the historic Piece Hall or a show at the Victoria Theatre. And if you're on business, Lloyds HQ and Halifax Town Hall are just yards away. Wind down at the Beefeater restaurant, before it's time to get your head down in a comfy bed.

Both my wife and I are disabled our room was nice and the wet room was great. We both have mobility problems and my wife uses a wheelchair. She can walk a little but needs help. Due to there not being any grab rails in the room so she could go to the path alone. Im struggling with walking at the moment and they'd help me too. They were very accomendating with my pilliw needs as my used two pillows, but because my neck is fused and point's downward I need 4 pillows to support it so I could sleep and not have a migraine. All your staff from the bar and restaurant treated us with respect and as normal people they did help bring some hot drinks to the table which I couldn't carry.

Great location for car park, walking into town, cinema, hotel staff friendly, food great, prices if booked in advance really good, have been using same hotel for several years and will continue

A comfortable clean quiet room with the added bonus of air conditioning. No issues with breakfast, plenty of choice cooked to order. Great location for our stay (a concert at Peace Hall) Would book again.

Great stop over but Beefeater breakfast was cold. Furnishings badly in need of refurbishment. Filthy carpeted area with remnants of food from the night before. First impression at the entrance was matched by the grubbiness inside. Staff were great.

If you have bookings, need to make sure that there is enough food available. There was no vegan sausage available during the stay, sausage for my son wasn't great. One day we asked for hard boiled eggs and it wasn't done properly. Requested for rooms to be cleaned and it wasn't done, no apologies and then my father in law had to go down to reception to get towels at night. Unacceptable when this was requested, lack of communication. Family room booked, needed more space if it's a family room, plus same charge for a standard room and family. Overall not happy with our stay.

Usual Premier Inn check in. Paid for 3x breakfasts on arrival. We were told the hotel was full and it woukd be busy. Rooms as expected but pillows like rock. Next morning there was a huge queue for breakfast with managers running about stressed. Told us we couldn't be seated for at least half an hour. We left and ate elsewhere and asked for a refund- which we are still waiting for! Poor service. Very poor.

Stayed previously with no issues. So booked again. Different room. Bed was like a brick. Window wouldn't open. Bedroom and bathroom dirty. WiFi wasn't very good and tv remote probably needed new batteries. Breakfast was excellent as was service.
