I had my family trip in May 24 and I stayed in this hotel on 4th to 6th May for two days .My overall stay experience is not pleasant. This hotel doesn't have basic intercom facility. We got room on third floor and for every other thing I have to go down and request for service. Staffs are not properly trained for hospitality. We requested for change of room which is not entertained by hotel management. The food quality is average. Fruit request in breakfast doesn't taken seriously by hotel management inspite of giving advance notification. We struggle getting hot water for bath. Property is far away from market. Unless you don't have any other choice to stay in peling, then only chose this property otherwise avoid They lack of professionalism in hospitality, food , room service, cleaning and all aspects which is basic things for running any hotel at hill station
