Grandview Gardens

Second time to this lovely place. Feels like we’re stepping back in time, but with all the modern amenities. The bed, the towels, the swimming pool, the snacks, delicious Nespresso coffee in the room and in the main area make this place special. It’s so nice to finally visit my family in West Palm Beach and not have to go to one of these antiseptic hotels. And the lush setting is a bonus. And it’s quiet!!

We found Grandview Gardens while looking for somewhere to stay that wasn't typical a south Florida chain hotel, and we're glad we did. It's tucked away in Flamingo Park, just a few minutes from downtown but feels much quieter. The setup is pretty unique—there's a main house plus several small cottages scattered around the property. We got lucky with an upgrade to a suite in the main house that had a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen. The pool area was wonderful. It's not huge, but the surrounding landscaping is really well done and creates a nice, secluded feel. Rebecca, who manages the place, was fantastic. She and her staff clearly care about making guests comfortable without being pushy about it. They helped to make the whole experience feel more personal. The rooms are clean and comfortable without being fancy. For what we paid, especially compared to some of the resort prices in the area, it felt like good value. If you want something with more character than a chain hotel but don't want to break the bank, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in West Palm Beach.

Absolutely charming inn! Great location to downtown West Palm Beach and easy drive to Palm Beach. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The surrounding neighborhood and park across the street are great for long walks. Would have liked coffee available downstairs earlier than 9 AM, however, information was provided about a great breakfast place a few blocks away (Hive Bakery & Cafe) and that turned out to be another great find. We will certainly try to stay at Grandview on our next trip to West Palm Beach.

What a great boutique hotel! The best part of the stay: Where do I begin? This is a beautiful hotel, across from the city park in the historic district in West Palm Beach about 1 mile from the ocean. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were perfect. The coffee/tea and snacks in the morning were perfect! The pool and garden are beautiful. Parking is convenient. Wi-Fi worked well to connect to business meetings. A place we will definitely return to!

It was a really quaint place and very unique. Although there were other people staying there, it felt very private. It was close to downtown and the convention center which made it very convenient. Rebecca and Maggie were both really helpful and great!

It was amazing, beautiful place. Would definitely stay there again!!!! Our host, Rebecca was very nice and responsive. She was amazing!!! It was close to everything downtown, and she told us where to visit. I can’t wait to stay there again soon!
