Close to airport but nothing around within walking distance. Shuttle service us so inconsistent, still had to do Ubers. The room was fine but lobby is being remodeled which they don't tell you before. Won't go back.

This hotel has multiple issues. The elevator has been down for quite some time with no one working on it. The ACs in the upper floors do not work at all when I stayed there with my family. They moved us multiple times and then put us on the sixth floor by the way they don’t tell you that the premium rooms are higher the rooms and the ac’s don’t work. We saw the gazebo crashed down on my wife’s leg and a gentleman that was there fell on his head. We have the video even though the front guest girl who was Hispanic said we didn’t see that on our cameras until we actually showed her. We also found a cockroach in our bathroom while my daughter was using the bathroom. This was the final straw to our stay, we packed up and we went down the street and stayed in the Embassy suites for one night, which they discounted after hearing our nightmare story. Yes this hotel is beautiful outside however the renovations inside never took place. I had two rooms and they gave me the money back for one room for the three days that we stayed there but the other room they charge us which is OK with me. Do not listen to any excuses that they provide you. I’m a frequent traveler. I travel for business for purposes, but this one was just to relax with my family as we came off a cruise. Please don’t stay here at all. I will provide an update with pictures as soon as we hear from my lawyers.

The entire staff was wonderful and I appreciated the amenities immensely. Wilson was a great bartender making an outstanding espresso martini (I had 3) and super sweet to my daughter, Zoey. I hope we get to stay again in the near future. A. Grimes

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Steve the best Barista and paul was a great host. I’ll definitely be returning. Breakfast was also amazing!!!!!! Honestly this place gets a 10 just because of STAFF
