I really enjoyed my stay here overall. The location is great, just minutes from the airport with a very quick shuttle service. The hotel sits right on a lake, and the outdoor area is beautiful. The pool overlooks the water, and there's even a dock plus a poolside bar that make it a good place to hang out. The common spaces of the hotel are in good shape and give a nice first impression. Unfortunately, the rooms don't live up to that standard. While they're spacious and have smart TV's with streaming services available, the furnishings and fixtures are clearly dated and in need of a major renovation. Everything works, but just feels very tired. With its location, outdoor amenities, and overall potential, this could easily be a five-star property if the rooms were updated. Until then, its just four-stars.

Just decided to stay here because we needed a hotel the night before our departure from West Palm Beach. Turns out this property is more of a resort than typical airport property. Nice pool, Tiki bar and grounds offered games as well as boat access for locals. More importantly very professional service!

During my recent work-related stay at this Hilton, I experienced a stark contrast between service and facility conditions. While check-in was smooth and staff were friendly, the hotel's physical state was concerning. The rooms were outdated with visibly dirty furniture, including a heavily stained chair. Bathroom facilities needed renovation, with a dangerously slippery tub. Essential amenities were subpar - towels had holes, and hallway carpeting was worn. More alarming were the hygiene issues: bugs infested the ice machine, and ants were found on conference fruit platters. Front desk staff showed little urgency when these concerns were raised. The Italian restaurant that requires 'proper attire' was a joke. The food was awful and tasted like it was microwaved. The on-site third-party car rental service was equally problematic, with discourteous staff playing loud music durin our conference and a driver who nearly hit me in the parking lot due to negligence. Given the Hilton brand name and price point, these conditions were unacceptable.

The hot tube is not good the water was cool, the plug in the room for charger phones was not good the front desk lady in the afternoon was all the time her phone

The room appeared to be generally clean, but there were stains all over the carpet, stains on the linens, towels, duvet and chair. The bathroom also seemed to have permanent water stains and burns on the countertops. There was little to no info on WiFi and room service. On the positive side, the staff were good, no issues there. The pool and outside area was lovely. While out there I forgot that I was right by the highway which was really pleasant.

Shout out to the front desk staff for being so calm and patient at all times, they are friendly and so welcoming and I honestly had such a wonderful stay. I love love love the back pool area and I will absolutely be returning. The hotel exceeded my expectations and as a solo traveller I always felt safe.

Everything was great the only thing that was a downer is the pool was being sanitized from a big party the night prior. My suggestion in the future would be to clean the pool or have it sanitized overnight this way you're not holding up the guests from enjoying that beautiful pool the prior day. Could use a definite upgrade bed was comfortable the room was clean except for the closet needed vacuuming they forgot that love the crown molding love the little mini fridge but it needs definitely the carpet was wet coming out of the bathroom and the car fits very warm but these things corporate already knows love the blackout curtains love the big size TV Linens were nice and clean AC definitely old and a little noisy but other than that it's worth a $90 would stay again
