Hotel has excellent location that is next to shopping mall and 30mins from the airport. Breadfast is decent good and many choices of restaurants in the shopping mall as well.

Located beside the shopping centre and not too far to the Airport. Price in general is within reason, except when hotel occupancy high, price is super inflated.

Very nice hotel to stay with. Gym and pool are included. If you are bored, mall is just next to this hotel, there is a special door that connects between mall and hotel.

Lovely attentive service from the team across different departments. Truly appreciate the whatsapp engagements to ask about my stay and if I needed additional assistance. My first time at this hotel and had the superbly pleasant surprise that the decor, warmth from the staff and their service level was similar to the Hilton Inn Garden standards that I received 2 weeks ago when in Istanbul. When in Jakarta for work, I usually keep to the few hotels that are attached to the mall. Green Sedaya Mall is small compared to other malls but has a sufficient mix of retail store (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, snacks stands, optical store etc). For quick last minute buy, the hotel has a pop-up convenience store next to the lobby. I also chose Hilton Inn Garden Palem due to its proximity to the airport, just under 20 mins. Will be back if I don't need to be at the city centre for the next trip.

My 3rd time staying in Hilton Garden Inn. Very convenient location since it is near my family's house. It is clean and all staff are very friendly

Don't miss this hotel stay at Jakarta Very nice and cosy hotel under the flagship of Hilton Perfect place and it's next to a decent shopping mall with a nice supermarket for you to get everything Price very reasonable and nothing U can complain about the room. Decent size swimming pool Good spread of hotel breakfast with a mixture of American and local.

Love the Family suite. Kids loved their own room and corner. A little small in the living area but big spacious rooms. Hotel is great, just next to a connecting mall. Lots of food and shopping to do. would love to come again.
