After asking for a printout, they discovered that they had been charged a parking fee, and there was no car at all! After questioning, the fee will be refunded after confirmation of reply. There are other miscellaneous charges, so I won’t go into details about various taxes! The overall standard of the hotel is no more than 4 stars, and there is nothing superior except for its location on Sunset Boulevard!

Great location with public parking across the street. Also with Valet parking available . The best feature about this hotel is that almost everyday there is a special event happening in the lobby . Mainly music is involved , it’s great for people to come together and get to know new artists and locals . Rooms are great. Pool is cool just doesn’t get much sun compared to others.

It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.

Hotel location was great and short walk to restaurants and tourist areas. We checked in, threw our stuff in the room, and immediately left. Wasn’t until 10 or 11 when we returned to realize they didn’t put us in the king room we booked. That was disappointing but hotel was clean and roomy. We would stay again!

The first time I go to LA to play here, the location is good, it is convenient to taxi from Universal Studios and Beverly Hills, more than 20 minutes. You can walk to Melrose Avenue, there is a shake shack next to the hotel, it is delicious. The decor is good and the rooms are large. Toiletries and slippers are provided.
