The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

A wonderful hotel in the central market square. It is 4* and everything reflects that. Huge room for a single person with everything that you would expect. Great breakfast buffet with well cooked items and staff replenishing the cold food when needed.

A good experience it was. The hotel offers parking and is centrally located. The room we had was a long way from the elevators but it was hardly any noise. The room had carpet. We would have preferred a wooden floor because of allergies. The room was spacious en well equipped. Breakfast was great with all possible choices of food. Dinner was also good. We loved the location and the style of the hotel and the great brakfast. The spa was super. Hot sauna and nice whirlpool and steambath.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Sehr freundliches Personal mit offenen Ohr für Wünsche und Anliegen der Hotelgäste. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Rir waren nicht das Letzte Mal da. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles aufs Beste, sehr gutes Hotel in allem, mit sehr gutem, reichlichen Frühstücks-Buffett. (Ich soll lt.Tripadvisor mein Lob auf 200 Zeichen verlängern. Das empfinde ich als Zumutung. Es muss schon den Kunden vorbehalten sein, was und wie viel diese jeweils als Bewertung schreiben.)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte im Hotel. Alle Bereiche incl. Zimmer waren pikobello sauber. Den Wellnessbereich und auch die SPA Anwendungen können wir nur empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Empfehlung für die Zimmer mit Marktblick, man ist praktisch "mittendrin". Unbedingt auch eine Stadtführung absolvieren, sehr interessant!
