So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent.
The shared duvet isn't our thing.

I've read through so many reviews and can't understand how anyone could even begin to rate this hotel with less than 4 stars! The hotel is fantastic! Both the individual apartments in the outlying buildings (which we were able to easily exchange for a room in the building) and the entire complex, the hotel, simply everything! The owner has put so much effort into creating a truly fantastic concept and a fantastic complex! The staff throughout the hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast has everything you need and is consistently fresh and varied! Whether it's the wellness area, the outdoor area, or the room, everything is clean and modern; you feel very comfortable! We travel a lot around the world, and this hotel offers excellent value for money! P.S. Given the size of the complex, you might sometimes have to wait a bit or the breakfast room might be a bit full. I can't understand why this could be considered "bad"! Many thanks to all the staff and the owner for the lovely weekend!

Freundlicher Empfang und viele schöne Informationen zu Tagesausflügen. Besonders gut hat uns das Fahrgastschiff gefallen was direkt am Resort anlegt. Die Ferienhäuser waren für unsere kleine Familie ideal eingerichtet. Essen war gut und eine schöne Auswahl. Den SPA-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt jedoch den schönen Außenpool sowie die riesige Liegefläche am Naturstrand. Der Kids-Club sowie das Kinder-Entertainment sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Horror! Betten so durch gelegen, dass man sich fühlt wie in einer Hängematte. Keine Verdunklungsgardinen, so dass es um 5:00 Uhr Taghell ist im Raum. Das Personal ignoriert das „Bitte Nicht Stören“ Schild. Billiger Prosecco wurde als Cremant verkauft. Völlig überfülltes Frühstücksbuffet. Rezeption ist nicht erreichbar. Mehrfacher Fehl- Feueralarm, auch mitten in der Nacht, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Alles in allem einfach eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist.
