房間的總體影響是不錯的，滿分10分的話綜合評價可以給9.5分！ 先説優點：1️⃣很乾凈，這是一進門就可以深刻感受到的，細枝末節都打掃的很乾凈，苛刻地説就連水槽和牆壁的夾縫都是雪白的，設施新是一個因素，另一個可以説就是日常保潔做的很到位吧，這一點可以給滿分！2️⃣寵物友好實錘，一共住了三晚，除了我是帶🐶入駐以為，期間還遇到了柯基、邊牧、比熊等其他小盆狗，所以寵物友好酒店實至名歸！3️⃣前台小哥非常客氣，保潔阿姨也很可愛，都很友好！4️⃣提供停車券，所以停車免費，停車場裏還有充電樁可以使用（付給，1.2元/度）非常方便！ 最後説一下有待解決的問題吧，1️⃣洗漱熱水供應問題，應該是電熱水器燒水供水的情況，所以會存在一個人洗澡（20分鐘）後，需要等半小時燒水才能供下一個人洗，所以這一點特別是在冬天洗澡，有些緊張的，不過事先已經瞭解了是這樣的供熱水狀況，所以已有了心理預期。2️⃣大門的隔音效果不好，有人在走廊上講話在房間就能聽到，更不要説如果小孩哭鬧或者在走廊上奔跑，房間裏也提供了噪音耳塞，但感覺治標不治本，就隔音效果有待提高。。。 總結，其實作為民宿，這家星輝未來還是很不錯的，希望保持，以後到温州會再來住這家的！
