Really fantastic hotel. Reception staff are competent and friendly. Check in and out is fast. Staff are all ready to help. Hotel provides breakfast, simple lunch and tea. Their baked sweet potatoes are delicious. Never ever got hungry while staying at this hotel. My husband and I had been traveling all over China , this hotel is the best. Value for money. Location is also great. Cleanliness is good as well. Plenty of eateries around. Room is equipped with smart technology xiao du. Hope they have this chain in other cities. Thank you for the good service and good experience.

The room was nice and modern I liked the bed as well. The breakfast wasn't what I expected from an international hotel. The only foreign food was some toast and jam!

Everything is perfect, wenzhou is my hometown and I didn’t come back for many years, stay just 50meters away from wuma street bring back a lot memories. The hotel is new renovated, free snack and coffee at anytime, super clean room. Also the staff in the reception was really welcoming and warm. The rooftop offer a amazing view of downtown Will Definitely come back again

We went here based on the reviews. The first night was a bit troublesome. We got the wrong dates and booked one night extra. The staff really helped us with getting an extra room. It was a bit more expensive because they were superior rooms, and we booked 2 double rooms separately. 1 of the rooms was a bit more dirty, and the 1st night, they were doing some construction work where I could not sleep in my room. That was just bad luck. Afterwards, the service was really good. You get daily fruits, daily cleaning of the room, and daily new towels. There's free food in the in the lobby. You get free potatoes, ice cream, whatever you want. And all the amenities are free. There are 4 washing rooms and also 1 spinning bike and a treadmill if you want to work out. The rooms are not very soundproof. So if you would like a quiet room, then don't take this hotel across the street. The outer door is also not very isolated. People also smoke inside the hotel and in the hallway.

I was too tired for a family trip and checked into a nearby hotel. Unexpectedly, the service was the best I have ever stayed in. Seeing that I was taking my children, they took the initiative to upgrade me to a parent-child room. They took my luggage to the room and turned on the air conditioner. Free water, drinks, and popsicles for the kids. I’m happy. The details in the room are very considerate. It’s the first time I’ve seen free dinner and late night snacks. Check-out can be done at 3 pm. I also gave snacks after check-out. Like👍

The service is excellent, and the various facilities are also good, including massage chairs and smart toilets. Overall, it is still great. There are ice cream, sweet potatoes, ice water, coffee, etc. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The gym is a bit stuffy, but everything else is good. I am quite satisfied with it. It is also convenient to eat around.
