I was too tired for a family trip and checked into a nearby hotel. Unexpectedly, the service was the best I have ever stayed in. Seeing that I was taking my children, they took the initiative to upgrade me to a parent-child room. They took my luggage to the room and turned on the air conditioner. Free water, drinks, and popsicles for the kids. I’m happy. The details in the room are very considerate. It’s the first time I’ve seen free dinner and late night snacks. Check-out can be done at 3 pm. I also gave snacks after check-out. Like👍

Good location between subway station and bus station to all tourist places. Breakfast is ok at top floor. Everything clean and modern. Bed comfortable.

I have stayed in Vienna many times before and the overall feeling was good. I trust this hotel, but this time was an exception. This time, I was bitten by mosquitoes all night and couldn't sleep. Every time I killed a mosquito, another wave of bombing came before I could fall asleep. I was tossed all night and killed a total of 23 mosquitoes. Yes, you read it right, 23, the real deal! Mosquitoes should hide under the bed, where dirt and filth are lurking. Can I complain?

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

Hygiene: The whole room is clean and tidy, and the chairs are also clean without any stains. Very satisfied Service: I told the front desk lady that I will take an exam tomorrow and asked her to choose a quieter room. The lady directly upgraded the room type for free. She is beautiful and kind!

平時出差經常入住這家酒店，住過這家酒店就能感覺到，這家酒店的硬件軟件基本都在華住會旗下酒店裡麪TOP級別了。前台有一個戴眼鏡的小姐姐，一個個子不高戴眼鏡的小哥哥服務特別好，保潔也很乾凈，八樓的戴眼鏡的阿姨收拾衞生很認真很細心。早餐也很好，比全季要好很多。洗衣房聯網小程序就能查到使用狀態。健身房裡麪的划船機壞了好久了，建議更新下健身房，可以配一些啞鈴等簡易設備。美中不足的就是附近地鐵可以有些吵，有火車道，但是這些酒店服務人員都會很樂於主動幫你解決問題，提供解決方案。總體很好。
