A wonderful experience. The 2 female staff members on the evening of 17 July were amazing. I called them from the trip app. They spoke English , added my WeChat and solved all my problems. I was stressed out because I was travelling alone with 2 kids and my flight was delayed repeatedly. The ensured a smooth free pick up service , so personalised. Beautiful picture frames in hotel , They gave me friendly check in. A beautiful comfortable room . Everything was so smooth , good , clean. One of the best services in Wenzhou. I’ll stay again!

Best part of this Hotel is that it is close to Airport. Hotel is old, rooms needs renovation. English speaking staff was not there. Had to take an early morning flight so could not check the breakfast.

I always book this hotel. It was exceptionally good during the Spring Festival. When I entered the door on the first day of the ***** New Year, there were fruits and melon seeds. The breakfast started at 6 o'clock. There was also free pick-up and drop-off. There was no price increase during the Spring Festival. It was great. The only regret was that after booking on Ctrip, I found that it was 15 cheaper if I booked on Baidu Maps. However, it was past the free cancellation point. Overall, I had a happy stay 😁

We were on transit so we were just staying for one night and the hotel provided a pick up and drop off service which was great. But I have to say the facilities were a bit outdated and the hotel feeling was a bit soulless. The breakfast was ok, we arrived late and the lady still helped us to get some warm noodles.

Facilities: The facilities are brand new and well-maintained, making you feel completely at ease using them. Environment: The ambiance is very pleasant, with a charming, artistic vibe. Thoughtful Touch: They even offered a complimentary souvenir gift upon check-out, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Surroundings: The location is fantastic, with a bustling commercial pedestrian street right downstairs.

The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and good coffee was available. The hotel enjoys a convenient yet quiet location. A huge bonus is the complimentary access to the gym and swimming pool at the adjacent hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

It was my first time in Wenzhou, and I happened to catch the new hotel's benefits. Breakfast was free, with many varieties. The location was very good, just a few hundred meters from the railway station and the airport. The front desk lady introduced Wanda. Temple Street was still very lively, with many snacks. The hotel was quite intelligent and advanced. I was quite satisfied with my stay this time. I will stay here when I come to Wenzhou next time.

Stayed in this hotel sure to it's proximity to the airport. We had very late flight and they have wechat account that we can reached out to to get shuttle from airport to the hotel. The issue is that the bathroom smells and the exhaust seems to connect with other rooms. When the other room smokes, we also smell cigarettes smoke. This hotel send to be well designed but definitely has seen it's better days.

Newly opened hotel, the room is large, the decoration style is clean and comfortable. The customer service also specially prepared fruits, thumbs up! The location is about 3 kilometers away from the lively area, which is convenient. There are many flights at Longwan Airport, and the windows in the room are tested for good sound insulation.
