Hotels in Wenzhou South Railway Station Area, Wenzhou

My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!

Just an ordinary hotel is nothing outstanding , even other 4 star hotels have a coffee machine and the curtains do need to be closed with your own hands. This hotel doesn't have these simple things. The bathroom has a light sensor when you enter. And when you go to the toilet at night, a bright light turns on in the whole room that hits your eyes and then you can't sleep, so two nights do not get enough sleep… When you take a shower, the light turns off itself, so you need to get out of the shower cabin to take a step the light will turn on then go back into the cabin. Stuck in the elevator instead of the 11th floor, its stood for some time then went to -2 floor..I will choose another hotel next time

Lovely hotel, all be it a bit old. There was a lot happening everyday due to events being held in the hotel. Lift was difficult to catch at times and got stuck from overloading. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Daily fruit gifts were given. Within walking distance to the Railway station.

I recommend this hotel for sure, many Positives from entrance till the rooms the staff are so helpful and all of them, The rooms are so wide and clean and very well designed from the door entrance of the room you feel the luxury especially ,Bathrooms also so wide and very well equipped, a simple point need to be edited : There is no comfortable place toput the luggage while arriving to the room the luggage holder is directly beyond the wardrobe hangers, other things the place is worth, Thank you

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Free parking was a great bonus. Its location is unbeatable, being extremely close to Wenzhou South Railway Station. The hygiene was impeccable; everything felt thoroughly disinfected, and they even provided a hand sanitizer dispenser and a weighing scale. Breakfast was also available. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money – likely the best value hotel near Wenzhou South Railway Station.

Great stay , great customer service and I highly recommend this place as it’s where I stay on each work trip . Location is just easier to access production units and so . Front desk guy “ Yi Chen “ is always helpful

Booked this hotel for my family, and had a very pleasant trip to Wenzhou. The hotel lobby is very elegant and has a nice fragrance. The front desk clerk was very professional and introduced the surrounding environment to us. The room we were given was also upgraded, and the layout of the room was very reasonable. Considering that we have elderly people and children, we were arranged a room near the elevator for our convenience. The laundry room on the third floor is very convenient. It has washing machines and dryers, which solved the problem of not being able to wash clothes during the trip. This children's playground is very thoughtful. It is right next to the laundry room. While the family is waiting for the laundry to be done, the children can play in the playground, which is very reasonable. My parents have always said that the staying experience in this hotel is very good. I am also very happy to be able to book such a value-for-money hotel. I hope the hotel business will prosper and get better and better. |

Well, it's in the tallest building in Wenzhou. The room is decorated in a simple and modern style, which is nice. The service staff is very friendly. If there is a small problem in the hotel, they will help you in time. The only disadvantage is that there are still many places in the building under renovation, so there will be noise, and the glass exterior wall is not very clean, so the view is not very good. The bathroom is almost waterproof. Be careful not to slip. Well, if the room needs to be refilled with drinking water, there will be a charge. I haven't seen this in other hotels, and it's not as stingy as Evian or Voss.

I have always had a high evaluation of Atour Hotel. The new decoration of the store is very distinctive. It is very suitable for 📷 to take pictures. It is quite a film. The executive room is more business-oriented. The room provides a desk and a meeting area. The dry and wet separation design is large. The room space is large. It feels very comfortable when you enter the door. The sound insulation effect is good. Simple and fashionable style, full of technology design, people shine.
