We had an excellent and very comfortable stay at the Origin Hotel in Central Wenzhou. The location is excellent and in the middle of the old quarters of Wenzhou with easy access to ancient buildings, museums, and of course Wuma Street. The service was also flawless, and the staff went out of their way to help and resolve any issues The only small downside(s) would be the water pressure in the shower being a bit weak and the breakfast not including any fresh bread/bakery.

The location is superb, right on Wuma Street. Step out of the hotel and turn left, right, go straight, or even backwards, and you'll find tons of restaurants and local eateries. **Facilities**: The hotel boasts smart design, including an electric bidet, voice-activated lighting and curtains, a massage chair, and unlimited phone charging – very user-friendly. **Service**: The hotel service is excellent. They helped with my luggage during check-in, and the front desk and restaurant staff all have a fantastic attitude 👍. What's most worth mentioning is that the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, plus an unlimited supply of natural water and roasted sweet potatoes. That's a huge bonus! Five-star recommendation!~

While the hotel meets basic Chinese hospitality standards, it may fall short of European expectations in certain areas. The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort. On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience.

The hotel location is very strategic, the service is very special, friendly and work wholeheartedly. They are happy to help us. The room facilities are very good, complete, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for tourists, even for those who are visiting Wenzhou for the first time.

The location is excellent, right outside the Gongyuan Road shopping street and within walking distance of the entire Wuma Street shopping district. Zhongshan Park and Huagaishan Park are right in front of the hotel, and the nearby vegetable market is also within easy reach. This is the perfect place to experience Wenzhou's old town. The interior also maintains a nostalgic atmosphere. The bathroom is huge, with hot water and air conditioning. The only drawback is that the room is small; once you open your suitcase, you can't move around freely.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The facilities are complete, the environment is clean, the rooms are large, and the surrounding dining and living areas are convenient, and parking is convenient. I will stay here again next time.

We stayed at Atour when visiting Yandang Mountain. The facilities are quite new, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, and my parents really enjoyed their stay. They appreciated being able to wash their clothes every day after returning to the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent.

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, there is no odor, the sound insulation is good, it is very quiet at night, the environment is really good, the room is also very spacious, and the service attitude is first-class. In my personal experience, there is no so-called poor service attitude at the front desk. It is really a very good hotel experience, which adds icing on the cake for my trip to Wenzhou.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the warmth and thoughtful service, which truly sets it apart from many domestic hotels. Many of these touches are unique ideas – it's a hotel with heart! Firstly, upon checking in at the front desk, each of us was offered a warm, fragrant baked sweet potato. Entering the room, there was a heartwarming card on the bed. The room was spacious and tidy, with an approximately 90-inch large color TV. Depending on the room rate, some even include an electric massage chair. The functional areas were well-laid out, with a separate shower room, washbasin, and toilet. The flush toilet was fully intelligent. The shower room had a small bench for sitting while showering, and a towel warmer was installed next to the washbasin. Alcohol disinfectant wipes were placed in multiple areas, including the bathroom. The wardrobe area had scented sachets, and a row of drying hooks was specially installed in front of the central air conditioning vent (the room also came with a retractable clothesline). The mini-fridge contained an apple, a pear, 2 bottles of mineral water, a bottle of Sprite, a box of Zhenguoli drink, and some snacks, which the front desk informed us were complimentary. In the hallway, there were projected温馨提示 (warm reminders) like ”It's late, everyone's asleep, please be quiet, good night,” as well as breakfast times and locations, laundry room info, front desk number, public Wi-Fi details, and check-out time. Furthermore, the front desk lobby was equipped with a wide array of thoughtful amenities, including a blood pressure monitor, men's hair styling gel, Yunnan Baiyao bandages, face masks, medical alcohol swabs, condoms, individual travel bath bags, Chinese chess and Lu Zhan chess sets, sanitary pads, cotton swabs, brown sugar ginger tea bags, green tea bags, tissues, and matches. Guests could also enjoy free ice pops, ice cream, and unlimited complimentary mineral water. When checking out, the lovely front desk staff even presented us with a box of peanut brittle… Tell me, who wouldn't be touched by such a hotel? Who wouldn't love it? I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wenzhou. It’s a hotel with an incredible amount of thoughtful details – the Wen Du Yuan Hotel!!

The hotel experience this time was perfect! I called in advance to communicate the check-in requirements. The front desk not only remembered it clearly, but also specially upgraded the view room when I arrived at the store. When I opened the window, there was a sycamore tree, which instantly cured the fatigue of the journey. The room was surprisingly clean. The floor was dust-free even when I walked barefoot. The bedding had a faint lavender scent. The mattress was moderately soft and hard. Even the pillows had two options: latex and down. The hot water in the bathroom came out in seconds, the water pressure was stable, and even the tooth cups were sterilized. The detail control expressed love. The breakfast variety was not fancy but attentive enough. The freshly cooked wonton skin was thin and filling, sweet but not greasy. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the subway station. There are vegetable markets and old noodle shops around. I got up early to buy a cup of soy milk with fried dough sticks. It felt great to live like a local. After staying for three days, the cleaning staff would dry the slippers that I changed every day. This warmth hidden in the details makes people want to stay here again next time!
