We're a group of 10 seniors, first time in Wenzhou. We had a wonderful stay at Origin. The front desk staff greeted us very well and attentive to our needs and requests. The room service staff were excellent, even took care of our laundry without expecting any gratuities. The breakfast spread was excellent as well, good intro to Zhejiang flavours. And there's afternoon tea provided if you want. Location is good near to Wuma street. Overall we had a great time and would love to return

The sports car family room is great, the mattress is very comfortable, and I slept very well. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to go to Wuma Street and Impression Nantang. Service: The service is very good, there are freshly baked sweet potatoes every day, and water is also available. It is a very generous hotel.

Really fantastic hotel. Reception staff are competent and friendly. Check in and out is fast. Staff are all ready to help. Hotel provides breakfast, simple lunch and tea. Their baked sweet potatoes are delicious. Never ever got hungry while staying at this hotel. My husband and I had been traveling all over China , this hotel is the best. Value for money. Location is also great. Cleanliness is good as well. Plenty of eateries around. Room is equipped with smart technology xiao du. Hope they have this chain in other cities. Thank you for the good service and good experience.

Location is excellent if you wish to explore Wuma street. I haven't used metro so I have no idea about how much far from station is. Lobby, rooms, reception area is good. I chose Japanese style room and I'm more than satisfied with the room. Only concern was Japanese toilet jet spray was not having enough pressure so 4 star for this only. Otherwise I will stay here again with family in future.

Nice hotel, located in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The hotel's amenities, were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted me with directions and recommendations.

The bathroom is a bit small, but everything else is good. The location is good. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to Wuma Street and only 10 minutes on foot to Impression Nantang. The breakfast is satisfactory and the room service responds quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient. The day we arrived our room was not ready but the management gave us wonderful news by letting us know they will upgrade our room for free to the best room available. An amazing stay that made extend my stay with them as I had business in Wenzhou. They provide 3 meals for free - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The team present there had nothing but big smiles all the time. Will definitely be staying here when I return. Daily housekeeping. Very hygienic with no smells. Located right next to some pubs and clubs which works well. All the best and keep up the perfect work.
