Wenzhou Hotels with Airport pickup service

Love this hotel. Insanely helpful and thoughtful staff, great breakfast, beautiful pool/sauna/spa. Location isn’t the best but the view of the river is spectacular and Wenzhou has multiple “downtowns” so it isn’t a big issue. Favorite hotel chain by far after staying here and constantly look for affordable Shangri-La options every city I visit.

The room is neatly decorated and any problems can be dealt with in a timely manner. The location is very good, next to the MixC. The view from the room is also good and you can see the sunrise. When I checked out, Allen Yan's service made me feel very warm. He helped me move my luggage and gave me a small gift.

The Sheraton Wenzhou provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

The hotel is very large. It is said that there are more than 600 rooms, but it may be too big. The occupancy rate is not high. There are not many service staff. The hygiene is average. The corners of the room are covered with dust. Alas, the environment is great. No, business is hard to do!

Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

Hotel gave us two pillows each for each guest for the first day. Then took away one each next day. They came to clean our room even though our do not disturb light was on. The room was las very small. Other than that it was fine. Front desk was helpful.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

Service: Checked in early in the morning, and the order showed that diamond members have room upgrade rights. The front desk was impatient and said that the executive double room booked was already the highest level and could not be upgraded. The order clearly stated room upgrade! Since it was too late and I didn’t want to say more, I agreed not to upgrade my room and stated that I would confirm with Ctrip later what happened. Then the front desk's attitude changed again... and they were promoted again! Hygiene: The carpet is very dirty. The soles of the children's feet are black when they run around barefoot, and the stains on the carpet are obvious. Advantages: The transportation is convenient. It takes ten minutes to get there from the expressway. I was planning to stay overnight. The breakfast is small and complete, and there is hot soup noodles. It is recommended to strengthen staff training. The battle due to check-in issues in the middle of the night is really terrible.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's beautiful and in a great location. Alot of restaurants and malls nearby. The room was clean and cozy. It's also very quiet,perfect if you just want to relax. The bath tub was definitely the highlight for us. Carry your wine and bath bombs and it's a perfect night.
