衞生還不錯，阿姨人很好，火車晚點了很久阿姨一直等到入住，就在温州南站東廣場斜對面，非常方便。步行可到

門口就擺着煤氣瓶，又在裏面做飯。安全存在很大的隱患，門鎖長期不關，而且消防通道都被全部堵死了堆滿了雜物，消防部門要好好的查一查。

地理位置很好，就在南站對面，老闆阿姨人很好，主動聯繫引路，還在路口來接，床單被套也很乾凈，如果有需要可以去住宿，推薦

性價比很高
衞生間在外面公用的
條件就那樣，火車站附近90塊錢住一晚隨便對付一下
阿姨很熱心，一直積極指導出站後的路線
可惜到的晚上10點多天黑又下雨，還是沒找到路，繞了一大圈花了30分鐘才找到
