衞生：一進去就一股發黴的味道，非常難聞

離碼頭很近，環境好，江景房值得住，江心嶼值得去！早餐食物種類不多但夠吃，還有現磨咖啡，這價格酒店已經很好啦！

勸各位訂房間的時候訂一般的就好，第一江景房房間環境比這個酒店其他價位低的差，去3f吃飯瞥見標間的房間環境是徹底翻修過的，特別新，而江景房的牆壁和地板還是舊的；第二江景大床房就是個偽命題，我訂的這個房間窗户模模糊糊很久沒清洗了，而且甌江夜裡啥也看不見，江心嶼半夜燈就滅了。

第一次入住江邊的星程酒店，體驗感很好。因為網絡訂房、退房產生了一點小問題，總枱的漂亮小姐姐耐心、熱心、周到的服務，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，好感度爆棚，以後還要入住星程酒店，衷心感謝他們！每天回到賓館還有小驚喜呢！
