Wenzhou Airport is recent. Early in the morning, at 7:00AM, it takes about 3 minutes by free bus from the hotel to T2. There are probably no staff who can speak English. I don't know about breakfast because I skipped it. Recommended for those who don't need a luxurious hotel on an early morning flight.
