It is cool in the morning and evening and warm at noon. Everyone feels different about cold and warm. It is really difficult to control. In the past few days, many guests have reported that it is a bit cold at night, so we switched to heating mode to warm everyone up quickly. Since it is a central air conditioner, it did not expect to cause you trouble. This is our inconsideration. But please rest assured that we will be more clever in the future, pay more attention to weather changes, and inspect the room temperature multiple times a day. Regardless of whether it is hot or cold, we will prepare the quilt and fan in advance. As long as you give an order, we will deliver it to you immediately to ensure that you live comfortably. You mentioned that the small refrigerator in the room is locked, which really worries us. Normally, the small refrigerator in our hotel is not locked. Maybe a child accidentally fiddled with it before, or the refrigerator door buckle occasionally "acted naughty", which caused the illusion that it was locked and difficult to open. We have quickly arranged personnel to thoroughly check and debug all the small refrigerators in the rooms to ensure that every guest can use them as they wish.
