春節期間對酒店的服務管理很不滿意，訂的行政房包含下午茶及行政酒廊，但二天都沒享受到，去了都是東西空的，衹能喝杯茶水，晚飯更是人滿為患連座位都沒有，很多人等食品，太差了。在説早餐去了也沒座位，也沒人服務，簡直無語。本想去游泳但晚上8點去關門了，這就是五星賓館的管理…太差了😭😭😭
