整體來説酒店挺好的，停車方便，價格實惠，服務好，老闆和前台都很熱情。房間衞生乾淨，床上用品很新，我是敏感皮膚，入住其他很多酒店都會皮膚過敏起紅疙瘩。這家酒店不會。以後有機會還會繼續選擇這家酒店。

同等價位來説的話這家酒店挺不錯的，衞生很乾凈，明亮，人也客氣禮貌。讓人心情愉悦。很適合出差旅遊😄😄😄

給我免費升級了標間，就是靠近電梯口有點吵，被子有點薄不暖和，空調聲音太重了影響睡眠就不敢開，其他都還可以。價格實惠，下次還來住

房間小，比上海，杭州 還小 就一張床 晚上隔音不好，聲音比較大，房間因為沒有窗户，是有異味的反正 温州這邊 賓館 都不實惠

來來來，大家避雷哈。我來先説説環境啊，這家的環境地板就是那種有點坑坑窪窪的。然後廁所的話不是那種乾濕分離的，電燈也很昏暗。然後衞生的話，我躺床上的時候會癢癢的，不舒服。嗯，設備什麼的都挺老化的。這些都不是最重要的，畢竟價格擺在這。最重要的是我在當天晚上一直被外面的噪音給吵，隔音非常非常差，去找了前台去處理問題，就是沒有給到一個解決方案，我一直在踢皮球啊，就是説嗯，這個聲音也不是很大聲什麼的，然後説什麼要給我解決問題就下樓了，就再也沒有回覆了，然後在3點多的時候我實在受不了了，我去找了攜程客服，客服那邊從凌晨到當天的11點多，一直在聯繫酒店的老闆去解決問題，但是一直都沒有得到回覆。嗯，也不知道是什麼原因，有可能是老闆是個慣犯。在當天的12點多一直不接攜程那邊的電話。而我去找了前台也不給我解決問題。一直就是説自己沒辦法呀什麼的。可是我來住酒店不就是為了好好的休息一下嗎？搞的我精神很疲憊，而且早上7點左右旁邊就開始有挖掘機的聲音了轟隆隆的，最離譜的是這家酒店的阿姨她會去敲客人的房門，問要不要退房。這家酒店是可以休息到一點的。但是那個阿姨會在11點開始打掃衞生。然後並且敲正在休息客人的房間門。很離譜啊，非常離譜。住這個酒店啊，就是糟心。而且服務態度非常惡劣。到最後給我的補償還是攜程那邊單方給我的。酒店一點表示都沒有。所以我勸大家避雷。
